Our Adult conditioning classes are designed to help improve dance performance and technique. The classes are an effective way to improve posture, balance, muscle strength and mobility. Our teachers work closely with industry professionals to ensure our conditioning classes enhance technique and help prevent injuries.
During the course of the year we focus on various cross training exercises to target certain areas of the body to improve various aspects of a dancer’s technique such as turnout, core strength, and foot health.
What to wear?
Adults are to wear what feels comfortable and good for them. It is important to be able to move freely.
